Mortgage Rates
July 13th, 2009 3:57 PM by Susan Larson
Sorry I have been away for a few days - Nascar races. Lots of fun and sun. The rates did improve at the end of last week and just got a little worse. Many times when the stock market is doing well, that is because people end up selling their bonds and buying stock. The bond market is what affects are rates. There are a few other factors, such as unemployment rates. You can keep up with the market by signing up for our Daily Lock advisory on our website. You will receive an email each day letting you know what is going on in the market and if it is a good time to lock your rate.
