What's New in the Mortgage Industry

All I have to say is "What is going on with this Weather?"  We are in Chicago right?  It is almost the end of July and I still do not have that great of a tan.  Which by the way is hard to do only on the weekends, especially when it is raining. I think I need a vacation somewhere where it is warm and sunny.  It will probably be in the 90's in September.  Maybe we will have a slow Winter (did I say that word).  We can only hope.  Here's to hoping the Weather gets better around here :) and to those of you who actually get a vacation :)
